My name is Hank Elder and I have been riding
with this great community for 3 years now. I am excited to work
towards creating the best rider experience possible, expanding
programming and helping to organize an awesome Donut Ride in
the years ahead. Outside of InTandem, I work in sustainable
investing at Neuberger Berman, focused on achieving positive
social or environmental outcomes for our clients. In my free time I
like to do just about anything outside including backpacking,
skiing, and triathlons.

My name is Kaitlin and I have been volunteering as a
captain with InTandem since 2019. As part of the founding Junior
Board I am looking forward to expanding InTandem`s fundraising
programs and creating opportunities for others outside of the cycling
community to be part of this awesome organization. I was raised at the
Jersey shore and currently work at Morgan Stanley. Outside of work
and InTandem, I am an avid traveler. I have visited 30+ countries and
hope to continue to grow that number in the years to come!

My name is Konstantin and I've been working in NYC since I
moved here 12 years ago from Ohio. Over that time, I've had the
pleasure to be a part of organizations ranging from startups to
global tech firms. Currently, I work at Gartner helping IT
executives fine-tune their strategy. I've been a part of InTandem
since late 2018 as a captain and an amateur graphic designer, and I
am thrilled to increase my involvement with the Founding Jr Board
to create new experiences and spread the word beyond NYC.

I'm Kevin. I've been working in New York City as a software engineer for the last five years, currently at Google in a data engineering role. I've been riding with InTandem since early 2018, and now I'm excited to take my involvement one step further by contributing to some of the fundraising and programming for this awesome organization. It's my hope that we can make tandem cycling as accessible as possible for everyone within reach of our trailer. Some things that I love doing outside of work are backcountry camping, chess, and playing basketball or golf!
